Comma & Co is a small online gift shop for the UK. We sell candles, incense and incense burners, oil burners and wax melts, essential and fragrance oils, crystals, jewellery, bath treats and small things for the home. Most of it costs less than £20, and plenty costs less than £10.
What we sell, and how we describe it
Our product descriptions are written from the maker's details: the size, what it is made of, what comes in the box and how to use it. If a detail isn't known, we leave it out rather than guess.
We describe crystals, oils, incense and charms as what they are. We don't claim they heal, calm or protect anyone, and where a stone or symbol has a traditional meaning, we say it's a tradition.
How your order reaches you
Orders are packed and posted in the UK by our wholesale partners. Most orders leave within 1 to 2 working days (it can take 3 to 4 from October to December). Parcels under 2 kg go by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and usually arrive 2 to 5 working days after dispatch; heavier parcels go by APC courier, next working day. We deliver to England, Scotland and Wales.
Delivery is free on orders over £39.99. Below that it's £2.79 up to 0.99 kg, £2.99 up to 2 kg and £5.99 over 2 kg. You can ask to return unused items within 30 days. The delivery policy and returns policy have the details.
Reviews
Reviews on this site come only from people who bought from us, and we publish them whether they're good or bad. How we handle reviews explains how.
The Comma Edit
Our journal, The Comma Edit, has gift guides by person and budget, and plain how-to guides, such as how to use a backflow incense burner or an oil burner.
