Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains our returns process, along with your consumer rights under UK law.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase (your receipt or order confirmation).

To start a return, email us at nocodesolutions@outlook.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, the correct return address, and instructions for sending your package back. Items sent to us without first requesting a return won't be accepted.

Because our products are fulfilled by a number of different partners, the return address isn't the same for every item — that's why we confirm it with you directly rather than publish one fixed address here. If your order contained items from more than one supplier, each item may need to be returned separately, to a different address.

Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away at nocodesolutions@outlook.com so we can put it right.

Separately from this policy, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you a statutory right to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty — this applies regardless of the 30-day window above.

Items We Can't Accept Returns On

Some items can't be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalised items (special orders, made-to-order products)
  • Personal care and hygiene goods (e.g. beauty products), once opened
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Get in touch if you're unsure whether your item qualifies.

We're also unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards under this 30-day goodwill policy. (Note: this exclusion applies to our extended 30-day window - it doesn't affect your separate legal right to cancel within 14 days, below, which can't be contractually removed.)

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you actually want is to return what you have, wait for that return to be accepted, and place a new order separately.

Your Legal Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

As well as our 30-day returns policy above, UK law gives you a separate statutory right to cancel most online orders. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order for any reason, without needing to give a justification, within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To use this right, just let us know within that 14-day window (an email to nocodesolutions@outlook.com is enough). You'll then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us. As above, we'd ask that the item is unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and that you have proof of purchase.

This legal right has a small number of exemptions - broadly the same categories listed above (perishable, custom/personalised, and hygiene-sealed goods).

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved, we'll refund you via your original payment method within 14 days - in line with UK consumer law - of receiving the item back (or of you providing evidence that you've sent it). Please note your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show the refund in your account.

If more than 14 days have passed since we received your return and you haven't heard from us, please contact us at nocodesolutions@outlook.com.
