Reviews on Comma & Co are written by people who bought from us. This page explains how we collect them and what we do with them.
How we ask
About 14 days after an order is sent, every customer gets one email from our reviews service, Judge.me, inviting a review of what they bought. We ask everyone, not only people we think enjoyed their order.
What we publish
We publish every genuine review, good or bad, and we don't change what customers write. Star ratings and review counts update as reviews come in, and reviews from customers who bought the product are marked as verified.
What we don't do
- We don't write reviews ourselves, pay for them, or ask friends, family or staff to post them.
- We don't offer discounts, gifts or anything else in return for a review.
- We don't hide or hold back negative reviews.
- We don't copy reviews from other shops or from our suppliers.
When we remove a review
We only take a review down if it is unlawful or offensive, includes someone's personal details, is clearly about a different product, or says a product treats or cures a health condition, which we aren't allowed to publish. When a review is removed, the rating and count change to match.
Reviews and complaints
A review is for other shoppers. If something has gone wrong with your order, email us at hello@commaco.co.uk so we can put it right. You're still welcome to leave a review as well.
