About this gift
The smoke falls through the burner and pools at the bottom in swirls and twists. Light a cone to use it.
Good to know
What kind of burner do I need?
Use a special backflow oil burner. The cones are designed for smoke to flow through its hole and down over the burner.
Why does the smoke flow downwards?
The incense smoke is heavier than air, so it falls through the hole in the special backflow burner and pools at the bottom.
When will it arrive?
It's dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (it can take 3 to 4 from October to December). Parcels up to 2kg go by Royal Mail and arrive 2 to 5 working days after dispatch; heavier ones go by next-day courier. UK delivery is free on orders over £39.99; below that it is £2.79 up to 990g, £2.99 up to 2kg and £5.99 over 2kg. There's a £6 minimum order (before delivery), and you can mix and match anything.
Can I return it?
Yes: ask within 30 days of it arriving and we'll send you a returns label. Opened personal-care items can't be returned unless faulty. Our returns policy has the details.
