How does the diffuser locket open?
A tiny slit on the right lets you open the locket. A magnetic closure holds it together.
How long can the oil scent last?
The scent can last for several days. You can top up the pad after the oil has completely diffused.
When will it arrive?
It's dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (it can take 3 to 4 from October to December). Parcels up to 2kg go by Royal Mail and arrive 2 to 5 working days after dispatch; heavier ones go by next-day courier. UK delivery is free on orders over £39.99; below that it is £2.79 up to 990g, £2.99 up to 2kg and £5.99 over 2kg. There's a £6 minimum order (before delivery), and you can mix and match anything.
Can I return it?
