How do you open the diffuser locket?
A tiny slit on the right opens the locket, which is held closed by a magnetic closure.
How long does the scent last?
The scent can last for several days. Once the oil has completely diffused, you can top up the pad.
When will it arrive?
It's dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (it can take 3 to 4 from October to December). Parcels up to 2kg go by Royal Mail and arrive 2 to 5 working days after dispatch; heavier ones go by next-day courier. UK delivery is free on orders over £39.99; below that it is £2.79 up to 990g, £2.99 up to 2kg and £5.99 over 2kg. There's a £6 minimum order (before delivery), and you can mix and match anything.
Can I return it?
