Use one backflow incense at a time on a flat, stable surface.
Good to know
What incense does this burner take?
It takes backflow cones, one at a time. The cone sits on top over a hole, with the smoke running through channels and pooling below.
How does the backflow effect work?
Smoke runs through channels in the burner and pools below, creating the downward flow. The effect needs still air.
When will it arrive?
It's dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (it can take 3 to 4 from October to December). Parcels up to 2kg go by Royal Mail and arrive 2 to 5 working days after dispatch; heavier ones go by next-day courier. UK delivery is free on orders over £39.99; below that it is £2.79 up to 990g, £2.99 up to 2kg and £5.99 over 2kg. There's a £6 minimum order (before delivery), and you can mix and match anything.
Can I return it?
Yes: ask within 30 days of it arriving and we'll send you a returns label. Opened personal-care items can't be returned unless faulty. Our returns policy has the details.
