What happens when the battery runs low?
When the battery is below 15%, the red light above the Type-C charging port flashes 3 times in 1 second to indicate that it needs charging.
How do you charge the nebulizer?
Connect it to a USB port adapter or a car charger with a USB port. It charges at 5V DC, and the Type-C charging light stays red when the battery is fully charged.
When will it arrive?
It's dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (it can take 3 to 4 from October to December). Parcels up to 2kg go by Royal Mail and arrive 2 to 5 working days after dispatch; heavier ones go by next-day courier. UK delivery is free on orders over £39.99; below that it is £2.79 up to 990g, £2.99 up to 2kg and £5.99 over 2kg. There's a £6 minimum order (before delivery), and you can mix and match anything.
Can I return it?
Yes: ask within 30 days of it arriving and we'll send you a returns label. Opened personal-care items can't be returned unless faulty. Our returns policy has the details.
