Does the name jade identify one specific mineral?
Not by itself. Jade can refer to either of two minerals, nephrite or jadeite, and the name alone does not confirm which one a piece is.
When will it arrive?
It's dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (it can take 3 to 4 from October to December). Parcels up to 2kg go by Royal Mail and arrive 2 to 5 working days after dispatch; heavier ones go by next-day courier. UK delivery is free on orders over £39.99; below that it is £2.79 up to 990g, £2.99 up to 2kg and £5.99 over 2kg. There's a £6 minimum order (before delivery), and you can mix and match anything.
Can I return it?
