Good to know
How does the Palma Aroma Diffuser make mist?
It uses ultrasonic waves to vaporise water and essential oil in the tank, producing a cool, dry fragrant mist.
What happens when the water runs out?
The diffuser switches off automatically when the water runs out, so it does not keep running with an empty tank.
When will it arrive?
It's dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (it can take 3 to 4 from October to December). Parcels up to 2kg go by Royal Mail and arrive 2 to 5 working days after dispatch; heavier ones go by next-day courier. UK delivery is free on orders over £39.99; below that it is £2.79 up to 990g, £2.99 up to 2kg and £5.99 over 2kg. There's a £6 minimum order (before delivery), and you can mix and match anything.
Can I return it?
Yes: ask within 30 days of it arriving and we'll send you a returns label. Opened personal-care items can't be returned unless faulty. Our returns policy has the details.
