Good to know
What is it made from?
It sits in the Himalayan Crystal Salt Lamps range, and the materials list includes Himalayan salt and Himalaya salt.
Why can the size vary?
It is sold by approximate weight rather than by size, and the marked measurements are only a rough idea. Every lamp is completely unique.
When will it arrive?
It's dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (it can take 3 to 4 from October to December). Parcels up to 2kg go by Royal Mail and arrive 2 to 5 working days after dispatch; heavier ones go by next-day courier. UK delivery is free on orders over £39.99; below that it is £2.79 up to 990g, £2.99 up to 2kg and £5.99 over 2kg. There's a £6 minimum order (before delivery), and you can mix and match anything.
Can I return it?
Yes: ask within 30 days of it arriving and we'll send you a returns label. Opened personal-care items can't be returned unless faulty. Our returns policy has the details.
