Does teak resist water?

Teak contains oils that help it resist water and rot.

What is teak also called?

Teak is also known by its botanical name, Tectona grandis. In Indonesian, it is called Jati.

When will it arrive?

It's dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (it can take 3 to 4 from October to December). Parcels up to 2kg go by Royal Mail and arrive 2 to 5 working days after dispatch; heavier ones go by next-day courier. UK delivery is free on orders over £39.99; below that it is £2.79 up to 990g, £2.99 up to 2kg and £5.99 over 2kg. There's a £6 minimum order (before delivery), and you can mix and match anything.

Can I return it?

Yes: ask within 30 days of it arriving and we'll send you a returns label. Opened personal-care items can't be returned unless faulty. Our returns policy has the details.
