The smoke is heavier than air, so it falls through the hole at the base of the burner and moves down in swirls and twists.

It's dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (it can take 3 to 4 from October to December). Parcels up to 2kg go by Royal Mail and arrive 2 to 5 working days after dispatch; heavier ones go by next-day courier.
