About this gift
Light a cone and its smoke falls through the burner in swirls and twists, pooling at the bottom.
Good to know
How does the backflow smoke effect work?
The incense is heavier than air, so its smoke falls through the hole in a special backflow burner in swirls and twists, then pools at the bottom.
What kind of burner do I need?
Use a special backflow burner with a hole for the cone, so the smoke can flow down over the burner and pool at the bottom.
When will it arrive?
It's dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (it can take 3 to 4 from October to December). Parcels up to 2kg go by Royal Mail and arrive 2 to 5 working days after dispatch; heavier ones go by next-day courier. UK delivery is free on orders over £39.99; below that it is £2.79 up to 990g, £2.99 up to 2kg and £5.99 over 2kg. There's a £6 minimum order (before delivery), and you can mix and match anything.
Can I return it?
Yes: ask within 30 days of it arriving and we'll send you a returns label. Opened personal-care items can't be returned unless faulty. Our returns policy has the details.
