Regularly, with the timing guided by how much the fountain is used and the condition of your water. The set has four spare filters, and the guide has a log to note each change.
My cat won't drink from it. What can I try?
Give it a few days. Fill it and leave it switched off at first, keep the old water bowl out, and place the fountain away from the food bowl and litter tray.
When will it arrive?
It's dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (it can take 3 to 4 from October to December). Parcels up to 2kg go by Royal Mail and arrive 2 to 5 working days after dispatch; heavier ones go by next-day courier. UK delivery is free on orders over £39.99; below that it is £2.79 up to 990g, £2.99 up to 2kg and £5.99 over 2kg. There's a £6 minimum order (before delivery), and you can mix and match anything.
