Good to know
What is petrified wood made of?
This dish is made of petrified wood. Its colour comes from minerals that have penetrated into the silica mineralising the debris, rather than from the tree species or the colour of living wood.
Is the whole soap dish polished?
No. The upper part is smoothly polished, while the edges are left raw.
When will it arrive?
It's dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (it can take 3 to 4 from October to December). Parcels up to 2kg go by Royal Mail and arrive 2 to 5 working days after dispatch; heavier ones go by next-day courier. UK delivery is free on orders over £39.99; below that it is £2.79 up to 990g, £2.99 up to 2kg and £5.99 over 2kg. There's a £6 minimum order (before delivery), and you can mix and match anything.
Can I return it?
Yes: ask within 30 days of it arriving and we'll send you a returns label. Opened personal-care items can't be returned unless faulty. Our returns policy has the details.
